AtHome Moms Club Meetings in October!

Doing some work with the kids right next to me. This can be interesting! One thing I have needed to accept when the kids have days off from school or during summer vacation is that I may not get to do everything I’ve set out to do. So I break down my work into small pieces and practice gratitude for what I CAN get done, rather than ruminating about what I can’t.

I look forward to sharing more tips like this at this month’s AtHome meetings. Please see below.:-)
Take good care!

AtHome Moms Club Online: The How and Why of Self-Care for Moms
Tuesday, October 9th from 1-2pm Eastern time

We take care of our families, while all too often we forget to take care of ourselves. During this online one-hour teleclass, we will explore why it is so important to give OURSELVES the same level of care that we give to our families. We will also discover how we can take care of ourselves, mind, body and spirit. This way we have a full well to bring to those we love!
This will be followed by time for Q&A. I am SO excited to Meetup with you online, so you can get what you need for yourself without needing to leave your home!

Details will be mailed to you when you register here:

AtHome Moms Club Meetup 9/12

I am so grateful that I have such an awesome family. Sometimes I do get lonely though—a lot of moms do. That’s why AtHome Moms Club is so key to at-home moms’ happiness and success!
I am thrilled to get this club off the ground. :-)
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Can’t attend this one? No problem! Daytime in-person meetings AND online meetings coming soon!

Self-Care for Moms

I find that self-care is really an ongoing process. One must be vigilant and remember to take care of oneself daily. When I don’t remember this, I pay the price. I either get fatigued and wind up hurting myself by falling or walking into something, or I get extra grumpy and freak out my family.

That is why I have created AtHome Moms Club. Because although I am not perfect at it by any means, I have learned over the years that I would rather be a happy mom than an injured or grumpy one.

Our first in-person AtHome Moms Club Meeting details are as follows: [Please join us!]

Have you ever felt:

Like although you are grateful for your children, you still feel all alone and that you’ve even lost yourself?

Do you also feel burned out, overwhelmed, even depressed?

AtHome Moms Club will help you replenish, de-stress and find yourself again.

The cost for this recurring meeting will be $20 each meetup for members and $30 for non-members. Please see to become a member.

(AtHome Moms Club will meet about every month or two)

I am SO excited to announce our first Meetup, where we will cover some of the basics about taking care of YOU!

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

So Excited!!

The new, official AtHome Moms Club site is up! I am so excited to serve at-home moms who may be stressed-out, depressed, or anxious. I’ve been there, and I know what it’s like. I ALSO know how to take care of myself so I don’t burn out, and I can teach other moms how to do the same!

More blog posts will be coming soon. It’s time to take my own expertise and use it to take care of myself: I was up with our 5-month-old puppy during the night and I need a nap!

Life is full of blessings every day (and night), but I miss out on most of them if I don’t take care of myself.

Signing off with love and gratitude.
